Our Director of Client Services functions as a source of information and communication for both attorneys and clients. He is the first person you meet with during your initial consultation. He listens carefully as you describe your legal situation, gathers important facts and helps to explain and sort through the legal issues involved.

After this initial discussion, he escorts you to an attorney's office, introduces you and briefly summarizes your legal situation. He remains with you in the meeting with the attorney, filling in any information as needed.

Communication and Service

As your case progresses, you will receive plenty of personal attention from your attorney, but our client services director will remain involved, sending weekly updates on your case. If your attorney is unavailable when you call, the client services director will be able to answer your questions.

He stays up-to-date on every development in every case and serves as a resource to both clients and attorneys. If your case goes to trial, he will be there supporting you and your lawyer.
